How
Grief Transition Groups Help:
When
people are experiencing grief they feel isolated in their pain. To be able to look
across the room and know others have similar thoughts and feelings is like applying a
soothing anesthetic to a painful wound. Over time people begin to feel a sense of
power and less of helplessness by sharing their grief.
